We stand behind the health of our english springer spaniel puppies and dogs with a comprehensive guarantee and ongoing support.
All our breeding dogs are screened regularly by our licensed accredited veterinarians before they are bred. They are being tested regularly to maintain good health and still following the AKC breed standard to produce healthy and eye catching puppies. This puppies have had first vaccination shots against canine parvovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus cough and distemper. The Buyer must have the puppy examined within five (5) days of arrival by a licensed veterinarian for this Health Guarantee to be valid. In addition, there are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunctions, mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this Health Guarantee.
Every puppy will be checked by our vet before they leave and come with a health report from the vet. They also will have (30) days of free insurance that we provide at no additional cost to the buyers through Pet Assure. If that insurance is not activated within 36 hours of receiving your puppy our health guarantee is voided.
Every puppy goes with a one (1) year health guarantee starting from the date of pickup or arrival, against any life-threatening illness supported by a veterinarian statement. If a licensed veterinarian finds such a life-threatening condition the buyer, should return the puppy to the Breeder with a veterinarian statement, may exchange the puppy for one of equal value or a full refund of the original purchase price. The Buyer agrees to pay any fees associated with the return of the puppy as well as any fee associated with an exchange of a puppy. Buyer understands that a replacement option is valid only when a documented health problem(s) are attributed to a hereditary condition(s) and not due to accident, maltreatment, neglect, injury, illness or disease contracted while in the Buyer’s possession.
Every effort has been made by us the breeder to assure that the puppies are healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. We will not accept any responsibility for reactions to disorders caused by environmental factors or allergies that arise.
Once the puppy leaves the Breeder’s possession, all bills/costs associated with the treatment, examination, care, etc. of the puppy belong solely to the Buyer. If for any reason the Buyer or the Breeder have a dispute that needs to be addressed with a court the Buyer agrees that ALL legal proceedings will be conducted in the county and state in which the Breeder resides.
Ravenshire Springers guarantees the buyer that the puppy/dog, is in excellent health at the time of the sale.
